AC 100 - Shortcut Saddle Aid Station

Yesterday I worked at an aid station in the Angeles Crest 100 Mile Endurance Run.  We set up on a large asphalt turnout along the Angeles Crest Highway, and were fully operational well before the first runners came through.  It was a long day, but lots of fun.  If you have never volunteered at an aid station, give it a try!

This is where the runners would be coming in

Jorge Pacheco, close behind at this point, but later dropped

Glad you had the chance to do that. It is definitely fun! And you got to meet Bill as well who is a great guy!
